Visual Art – New Orleans
Elizabeth’s unique style began to take shape as she completed her last semester on the campus of Louisiana State University. Her pieces are one-of-a-kind expressions of flow and movement, featuring original twists on texture and color play. The use of mixed media and acrylic paint are prominent and speak powerfully in their placement. Most of the artwork in her collections evolve as they are created. Elizabeth's compositions are described as non-representational and feature a wide spectrum of monochromatic tones to stark contrasts.
After receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts from LSU in Studio Art with a concentration in Painting and Drawing, she moved to Chicago to develop her passion of interior design and while there, earned another Fine Arts degree at Harrington College of Design. Elizabeth currently resides in Lafayette, Louisiana where she continues to produce artwork and is an independent designer.
