Beauty – Minneapolis
My love for this industry all started with me back when I was just a little girl. Growing up around a mother who was living the dream that I am now living was a blessing in disguise.
With my mothers influence and support all around me, I started finding my own ways to seep into the world of beauty. I started with youtube videos, yes i know it sounds silly.
Before I knew it, I was visiting a beauty school in Minneapolis, Minnesota. A place 6 hours away from my hometown near Milwaukee. The school drew me in with their enormous opportunities and welcoming feelings. Aveda Institute soon become my home in August 2011. From there I networked through friends at school and met my wonderful partner in crime; photographer PeggySue Ihimy. She has been such a wonderful blessing to me and has shown me everything that goes into making a shoot go smoothly and all the planning that takes place prior to. It\'s been amazing working with one another and seeing our progress and our skills advancing with each shoot that we do. Seeing all the outcomes of our work gives me hope and motivation for all the things to come our way.
As of late: I have started at a magnificent salon called Root in Minneapolis and I\'m just taking it all in one step at a time.
I will just go wherever the opportunity is. That\'s how bad i want it. Help support me on my travels.
