Boston-based painter after mischief, bravery, and what’s beyond the norm. My paintings bridge - realism and cartoon, improvisation and long-mulled-over plans, my inner world and the people around me. I like that my art actually induces emotions in others that I've experienced. Whatever piece I make, in whatever style, comes back to the cocktail of bittersweetness. I thoroughly enjoy portraying the bittersweet truth of Life. Life...taste the rainbow!
Bravery is important. I paint to music at live performances. I compete in live painting tournaments. Also, I just like to leave someone speechless or smiling! Fun fact: One of the first things I do when I meet someone is improvise a poem about their favorite color. I usually ask for the color but sometimes I guess.
