Esmeralda Lopez

Esmeralda currently resides in the city of Costa Mesa, California where she also attends Orange Coast College. Her majors are graphic design and multi-media arts but she has also earned a certificate of completion in marketing. Esmeralda has always been fascinated by the visual art world and is attracted to all forms of art. However she does gravitate toward photography. She says the following, \"There is something about being able to capture a fraction of time that makes the art extra special.\" Rather than having a particular style, she shoots any subject, place, or moment that grabs her attention. Esmeralda describes what she does best by saying \"It is as though a magnet exists between myself and a subject and I am suddenly compelled to capture it.\" She works with both film and digital but is especially fond of her black and white film photography.
