Picked up a plastic hula hoop in Sept 2017 and couldn't put it down! Flow arts give you a space to clear your mind and allow your worries and fears to dissipate. This is my creative outlet and how I find peace in myself! Thank you kindly for the support, now let me melt your mind :)
