Christine Fasan

Music – Chicago

Christine Fasan was born and raised St.Petersburg, Florida, where her passion for music was conceived and nurtured. She was classically trained in piano and voice for more than 10 years, and began writing music at 15. In 2004, Christine moved to Chicago to attend Northwestern University where she planned to pursue musical theater. It was music, however, and not acting, that was the driving force for Christine, and Chicago welcomed her with open arms. Over the years, Christine has made a name for herself in the Chicago music scene, recording with a number of bands and producers, playing venues such as the Double Door and the House of Blues, and touring with the electro-hip/hop group The Heard. Currently, she is working on her first solo album, Night Visions, due in the summer of 2012. In addition, Christine is the front-woman for Free Dimensional (a live jam band with roots in funk, jazz, rock and D&B), plays mean keys in FFM (synth pop) and continues to do vocal work with several local bands and producers.
