Francesca Soares Alati

Hailing from New York Francesca Soares Alati is a photographer based out of San Francisco. She was trained in 35mm fine art photography at the Academy of Art University. After pursuing her degree in the classical art, she is now pursuing a degree in a new passion photojournalism. Francesca believes that photography should tell a story, even the smallest monologue can be brought to life with photographs. “All photographs are memento mori. To take a photograph is to participate in another person’s (or thing’s) mortality, vulnerability, mutability.
