Gary Jacobs is an artist living and working in Hartford, CT. He taught for many years at the Corcoran School of Art, Washington, DC, the Hartford Art School, University of Hartford, and now at Tunxis Community College, Farmington, CT. He has received numerous awards and considerable recognition for his work ranging from tight realism to highly stylized subjects and has shown extensively on the east coast. Highlights include Cowparade New York 2000, Paintings from The Third Testament, Real Art Ways, 2000 and inclusion in Contemporary American Oil Painting, Jilin Fine Arts Publishing, 1999, as well as numerous commercial uses of his Fine Art.
