Ground Zero

BIO: Formed in spring 2019 by Derek Holzscherer and Frank Reynoso, we are an acoustic duo with the goal of bringing our unique brand of acoustic instrumental music into the mainstream. We initially met in late 2017 on the London open mic circuit. During our first year performing, we honed our performing abilities with our unique combination of live looping acoustic guitar and percussion. In our second year, we began writing and performing original material with a funk, rock and latin musical influence. This music is available on all music platforms - including our EP “Beyond Boundaries” and latest single “Homebound”. We are actively working on material for a second album which will introduce new percussive elements and showcase the next step in our musical development. We can be found in London and surrounding cities playing collaborative showcases and entertaining patrons of bars and restaurants.
