Photography – Detroit
My work is the place I go when my wanderlust strikes. Love of places, the new and old, viewed through the camera lens of a girl, just getting started. Abstract and concrete, wild and structured, the camera captures my love of landscape. I am inspired by the city, both gritty and elegant. I also love rugged and natural landscapes, outside and wild. The beauty of the human form also inspires me. Pictures of fashionable young women, showing their tender and tough sides to the world are exciting to capture. I create my images using film (old school), digital, scanner and technical manipulation. I am pursuing a degree in Advertising and Photography. I want to find a way to do what I love. I want to travel and to shoot when the muse strikes me.
