I started making jewelry for fun and as gifts for friends and family. My work is informed by a background in art and environmental studies, so I prefer to create things that emphasizes the beauty around us. Eventually, I would like my brand to give back in some way and inspire people to engage with the natural history of the space they live in.
During my environmental studies graduation, my sister and I wore the first pairs of flower earrings and received compliments by at least half of the attendees and it was then I realized that I was making something special. A little work of art that made people smile and feel joy with every swing of a petal.
My aim is to create unique and whimsical jewelry—it’s rare that I make more than one of the same piece because I want all my customers to feel like the unique and special things that they are.
