Ever since I was young, I've always been fascinated by the concept of "beauty". Even in a society that forces young women especially to determine a set definition of what it means to be "beautiful", with every magazine and Instagram fashion page I'd come across, my definition of the concept was constantly redefined. One day, however, I finally understood: There is no single definition--for Beauty is an art, and in art, there are countless ways to represent and understand a concept.
As I am an Illustrator, I consequently found a new focus for my inner artist: To invalidate the notion of a singular definition of beauty and showcasing the limitless portrayals of such, using faces--with an emphasis on using a variety of fashion and beauty styles--to achieve that goal.
