Jacob Jennings

Recently receiving his BFA from Nicholls State University with a major concentration in photography and minor concentration in sculpture, Jacob Jennings is a local photographer in the Houma-Thibodaux area. Along with his photography, Jacob has created multiple one of a kind wearable pieces of art. Two of these pieces were recently showcased in his senior exhibition. The show was entitled Aviary and included both photography and wearable art. One of the photos from this exhibition was recently accepted into the international PhotoPlace Gallery Open Call contest where it was joined by 39 other photographs from around the world. Jacob is currently working as a commercial photographer and music educator in the Houma-Thibodaux area. He is in the process of designing a photography studio which he plans to build in Thibodaux within the next three years.
