Film – Vancouver
Javier is a Venezuelan-Canadian film director, producer, writer and musician. Since 2005, his short films have played in international film festivals (Cannes, Tokyo, Toronto), American TV (PBS, WNET) and the Web. He has so far produced three feature films, directed over a dozen short films, and participated in over a hundred productions in Vancouver. Javier is also the programming director of the Vancouver Short Film Festival, and a punk rock musician with a career spanning two decades.
