We are told not to play with fire, it's too dangerous, too unpredictable. But some of us can't help ourselves. Liquid iron, like molten lava and I am the one who controls it. The power gives me chills, the beauty, brings me to tears. Every new creation teaches me something new about myself and the greater cosmos beyond Self. When I am casting, I am not frightened by the smell of burnt hair, or the cuts and bruises. They ache with love. I only fear a life without molten metal. I was born for this. Born to play with fire.
