Jerry Wagner

Jerry Wagner has won no awards for his art. He has no formal schooling and is completely self taught. Jerry Wagner\'s wife convinced him to submit his work to RAW:natural born artists because \"you should really focus on exposing your art to people as well as hanging out in the garage and painting all the time.\" Apparently, he agrees. His mediums are acrylic, spray paint and pen and ink. He is also a professional tattoo artist and has been for over a decade. He has been painting for over 20 years. His art is heavily influenced by graffiti, comic books, punk rock flyers, movies,dive bars, firecrackers lit in the house, the Hispanic culture, bourbon,and other artists... Sometimes he wishes he was a bare knuckled boxer who rode around in a semi-truck with an orangutan named Clyde, but Philo Beddoe beat him to that. So in the meantime he is more than satisfied with his overwhelming compulsion towards art....
