Photography – Austin

I moved to Austin after a ten year stint in NYC to open a photography and video production studio centered around musicians, moviemakers, and photographers. I was interested in creating something more than just another commercial studio, I wanted the studio to have the vibe and persona of a recording studio where notorious musicians of certain genres go to lay it down. My studio is still in its infancy, but is quickly gaining notoriety as a place for Austins eclectic culture to come create, whether it\'s a photo shoot, video, or acting troupe in need of rehearsal space and head shots. Inspiration to move to Austin was based on my love of music and cinema, and my fascination with subculture and grassroots. My brother, who passed away in 2009, was a really great aspiring musician who always asked for my help and advice to succeed, but I didn\'t know how to provide that for him then. We were planning a move to Austin just days before his death. I stuck to the plan despite the turn of events, making it a goal to use my creativity to help young inspired artists along on their journey\'s.
