Visual Art – New York - NYC
Reflected in my work are my interests in relations, connections, dissociations, and digression of every day human experiences, which i convey through a visual medium. I attempt to explore convertibility of ideologies often carrying antagonistic as well as monotonous values. Widely inspired by history of paining, in particular, abstract expressionism and painters of this period such as William de Kooning, Roberto Matta, Arshile Gorky, and Antoni Tapies, to name a few. My technical approach is guided by spontaneity and utilizes chance to dictate the decision making process within my work. I currently travel back and forth from NYC and New Jersey, where I reside and work.
