Katie O'Rourke

Katie is a Rhode Island native and creative. She has a great love for her state and the artistic culture that thrives within it. Katie has her degree in Theatre Arts/Business Administration from Salve Regina University, and has worked both as a performing artist and photographer with local theatre companies in the New England region. Her favorite type of work is what she likes to call Empowerment Photography, where the subject brings forward their truest self and celebrates it in photo form through the exploration of sexuality, gender, fashion, fantasy and emotional catharsis.
