Laura Concha

Laura Concha was born in Bogota, Colombia, where she studied and worked until 2 years ago when she relocated to Miami, where she has found her inspiration and full time dedication to art. She grew up within brushes, oils and watercolors at her mother’s studio, from whom she learned all her skills since her very early years. Her special interest and her unique sensibility allow her to place everything she has learned in a wide selection of sculptures, engravings, paintings and drawings, with diverse techniques. Laura places in her paintings poetics and expressionist images, and her composition reflects the delicacy and fragility of the soul with a chromatic expression that transcends the obvious.
