Lauren is descendant of intellectual artists who lived as silent heroes. Her large New York family consists of Nurses, Teachers, Police officers, Fireman, Bankers, Veterans, etc. Always working hard to support the the ones they love while passing on there artist niche through Generations. Whether it was drawing, dancing, gardening, poetry; there was so much artistic energy pulsating around her. The unique technique and style Lauren has created is self taught, and derived from Love and Empathy. "I have always been very observational, I love to watch interactions... I am constantly trying to figure out what makes each individual tick. When I picked up the paintbrush for the first time I found my full release. It is like an explosion of what was stirring up inside of me finally is finally exposed...like an emotional exhale."
