Liz De Cleene

I was born in Carroll, Iowa, a very typical, small town. When I was seven though, my family moved to various places. Some of them are Texas, Georgia, and Ecuador. Through living in so many places, I learned so much about different cultures and people. I loved meeting new people(well, not at first, I was pretty shy). Those people and places play a big part of who I am today. I have always had an interest in art. I studied drawing and painting through high school and college. The teachers through those years had a huge impact on my life and artwork. As I continued on in my studies, I wanted my artwork to reflect all that I had learned and experienced in my life. The struggles as well as the good times.
