My name is Liane. Born in Ohio. Grew up on the beach of a lake named Chippewa. I\'ve always had a pencil at hand. Drawing the people around me and the world in my head. Growing up, I loved the idea that everyone around me loved my art. Friends and family have always tasked me with drawing portraits of them, or other miscellaneous ideas they wanted to see me create. That was when i knew for sure that I wanted to be a professional artist of some sort, as I was discovering a talent that I\'ve only begun to tap into. My biggest inspiration comes from the thought of how proud I know my parents would be of me to continue working as hard as i do at my dreams, if they were still here to see it. Art has been my one and only consistent outlet for my emotions. Though there have been times that i have turned my back on that outlet, abandoning it for months, sometimes years, only to rediscover it all over again as if it were new. I did 4 honorable years in the military. That took much of my time and ripped away at my motivation to produce art. Now i am FREE again and currently awaiting to start school and continue with my art career. Many of my pieces have a cruel dark and barren feel stemming from the truth that is humanity, but many also express in colorful fun.
