My name is Andrew “AJ” Lopez, and welcome to the realm above the clouds— LuderaSphere! I am a Bay Area based artist and just started my personal brand almost a year ago, where I make my creations come to life! It is a world where imaginations thrive, from fantastical creatures to magic technology (magipunk- think steampunk, but replace it with magic). My artwork is inspired by a lot of things I grew up with from movies and video games. Some of the creatures and fauna may seem like they can plausibly live in our world, while others are a hybrid of unnatural objects, like a yarn ninja, or characters I based their shapes from looking at shampoo bottles or household belongings. Another element of my style seems to go back to nature, where I feel it speaks to an eco-friendly future. The sentient beings that live in this realm have technology that has both an aesthetic of plants/nature and wizard artifacts, and hopefully might inspire future generations with green technology.
