Marenn Espiritu

Visual Art – San Diego, CA

Marenn Espiritu is an Active duty in the U.S. Navy , a Logistics specialist stationed at camp Pendleton, CA. He now resides in Oceanside, where he rediscovered his love for Art when he found the Muramid Mural Museum. After his sea duty, he finally had some time to do some art. He started art at a young age and it has always been his passion. Although he never pursued it, he always wanted to find the purpose of art for him. In the Muramid, he met Joanne Tawfillis, she gave him an opportunity to make art again. With his busy schedule, he mostly does his art work after duty and most of the time in late hour. It was in this capacity that he was able to design Murals for the Women’s/human Rights Mural, Women’s March, Syrian family refugee from Cal state San Marcos, and the Annual Aquarium of the Pacific Long Beach Urban Ocean festival. He thinks that everyone should be open to Art - to express it and don’t doubt it. Feel free with no restrictions from your imagination. Create it and love it because life is also a work of art. With his family’s continuous support and presence, he is driven to contribute his art to his community, to give an inspiration, appreciation, and joy for all. ...more
