Fashion – Vancouver
My love for fashion has been a life long passion.
In Vancouver, I started my career as a Spec Technician for a high-end women's wear company. During this time I was introduced to Costume Design as a Right Hand and Modeliste for the professional film and TV, and the musical and play theatre alliance for international and Hollywood produced films/TV, and various theatres, performances and productions. In 2008, I recieved my Bachelor in Applied Design in Fashion Design and Technology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, a 4 year degree specializing in women's wear. In 2010, I completed the Fine Art Techniques at Emily Carr University of Art and Design.
In Paris, I studied the Haute Couture Embroidery at the prestigious Ecole Lesage Atelier de Broderie. I worked and interned as an assistant atelier/modeliste for various French fashion companies including Pierre Balmain Paris, and luxury bridal boutiques such as Grace et Kate Robes de Mariee Versailles, and Juste un Basier Robes de Mariee Versailles. In 2012, I graduated from the Fashion Design Program at ESMOD Paris.
