Visual Art – Richmond

I have enjoyed being creative for as long as I can remember. It was only in high school that I recognized my passion for the world of Art. I had a very wise teacher that changed my perspective about how I perceived my own abilities. So I guess you could say I am a self taught Artist with some guidance from an amazing teacher. I am kind of a daydreamer so being able to visually see what is going on in my head is very rewarding to me. I paint to see what my hands can do with the inspiration that my heart and soul provide them. Art is my inner workings, every thought I have is an inspiration to create something new. The world around me, the beauty of life in everything I see fuels these thoughts. I am currently working on my paintings in between work, kids and family so it\'s usually a couple of hours at night, after dinner, on my living room floor with the resources that I have available to me. I will eventually need to claim a spot in the house solely for my Art because I\'m starting to clutter up our living room. My goal is simply to do what I love to do and share it with the world.
