Performing Art – Melbourne
MELT stands for MELbourne Trainees. All our members are existing trainees of The Academy Australia who have successfully completed an annual intense Kpop dance bootcamp. We all met in the Bootcamp and since then have become great friends through our love of Kpop, music and of course DANCE!
We have 11 members performing at RAW 2020. They are Anne, Fresha, Artiles, Tyra, Amber, Carlos, Rion, Olivia, Jasmine, Aaron and Jayde. All from different backgrounds and ages (the oldest being 36 and youngest 16). Whilst we dance to all sorts of music, we love to take every opportunity to show our passion for Kpop and endeavour to introduce Australia to the diverse music, dance and art that Kpop has to offer, beyond the borders of Gangnam style.
We hope to have heaps of fun at RAW and put on an exciting performance for everyone!
