Music – Las Vegas
Michael Austin has been writing music since he was a kid. Raised on a sonically pleasing diet of British Pop, American Folk and Broadway Musicals. Fast forward to his teens and he was influenced by more Rock oriented bands as well as Hip Hop. He has been in original bands that have opened up for: Everclear, Letters To Cleo, Nada Surf, Eve\'s Plumb ( Vitamin C ) and The Spin Doctors. His music has a positive message lyrically and plenty of hooks in all the right places. He has an Asscociates degree in Musical Performance from The McNally Smith College of Music in Saint Paul, MN. He has been a professional guitar instructor for over 10 years and has developed a revolutionary method of guitar instruction for the\"busy person\". Michael is currently co-writng and performing with several talented artists, Cassandra Brett ( a female pop funk artist ) and Megan Parfitt ( a female singer songwriter ) to name a few.
