Noell has been creating and painting artistically since she was a teen here in San Diego. Over the years she has worked as a painter professionally decorating people’s walls with faux finish techniques. The use of different textures and materials inspires me to generate paintings that elicit feelings when you look at them. Emotion is the main focus of all my pieces helping me bring forth color in a new way
