Phillip Jarrell

Surrounded by water, connected by a bridge and a ferry, I am born and raised a "Staten Islander". I am a College of Staten Island Alumni. In 2017, I was able to obtain my bachelors of science in Photography. I am currently a conceptual fine-art and portrait photographer. My photographs are intended to express emotions and for the audience to feel in that moment.
