Phoebe Dragseth

Phoebe began experimenting with fashion at the age of four when her grandmother taught her how to first use a sewing machine. Since then, her love for clothes and design has grown exponentially. Today, in addition to studying pure math and political science at Brown University, she pursues fashion design through access to Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and Fashion@Brown’s Design Team. Phoebe seeks to inspire women through daring, and sometimes unconventional designs that promote femininity and strength. She takes great pride in the meaning behind all of her pieces, placing thematic development over purely following trends. She loves the juxtaposition between tailored, structured silhouettes and free-flowing, whimsical elements.
