Rachael Domingo\'s work is well described as having an impeccable eerie elegance. “My work is always reaching for the the highest level of impact within the given context. I believe to do this you must in some way tell the truth, which is always mysterious and vexing in a way. I love to not only draw from the great works of the masters, but to create in a hydrophilic state where everything from Gothic architecture to fairy tales to DADA to the vibrations of Richard Serra can be absorbed and flow through my fingertips. It is most important to me that my my work moves the viewer. My work is living to me and it encounters the viewer evoking emotion or provoking change and dialog. I\'m also very in love with my work. Everything from holding threads between my fingers, to the experiences I have on set rubbing shoulders with creatives and watching a character go from pencil sketch to living being. My affinity for the arts and creative work is absolutely insatiable.”
