Rachel Matos

I am an emerging artist out of Miami. I have been creating and loving art since the Fourth grade and never stopped. I graduated from the University of South Florida in 2010 and am now teaching art at several academies in Miami while Ii work on my own portfolio. My art has a energetic and urban quality to it and completely exemplifies my personality. My work is full of bright and exciting colors and typically have to do with the female soul, body and mind. I paint because I love the outlet it provides and the idea that I get to create something that never existed before.
