Rae Mack

By day I paint scenery as the Scenic Charge Artist at the Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati on Vine, by night I am a freelance traditional and digital artist. I am extremely lucky to have a job where I'm able to have an artistic flair and do something that brings stories to others. Even so, I am striving to make more time to get my personal artwork out into the world. I have been making art in almost any medium you can think of since I was very young, but I have just recently picked up digital art, and so far, I am loving it. The convenience that my tablet gives me means I'm able to make more art, and quicker! Major inspirations for my work are the human form and face, Japanese aesthetic, and science fiction\horror films. I am hungry to learn and practice with style and mediums, I always am trying to do new things, and eventually I think it would be amazing to illustrate for books and fantasy card\tabletop games.
