Educated, career oriented, and courageously independent are just a few phrases that can, with the most confidence, be said for a person like me and all due to my upbringing. Born and reared in Maryland, childhood was for the most part of humble and just a few fumble beginnings. Education was just one of the priorities in our household; during my academic path I had the pleasures of attending both public and private schools and crossed those finish lines on time with a diploma from Parkdale High school, and a Bachelors of Science in Management from South Carolina State University. My degree says otherwise but my bread butter is from Information Technology with a side concentration in fashion. In 2011 Red Zipper, LLC took its first baby steps into becoming a legitimate business. Registered in the state of Maryland with a certified trademark the company prides itself on intellectual property, which makes the experience of collaborating and participating with influential businesses worth wild, such as RAW. As a rookie CEO it has been my first order of business to network, volunteer, and participate in some of the District of Columbia and Maryland fashion industry events. As a result it has been a huge advantage to be able to have worked with some very influential people from models, photographers, to actual celebrities. Red Zipper, LLC is all about local talent especially in the DMV, taking strategic steps and supporting others aids in our efforts for longevity.
