RJ Walker

RJ Walker is a performance poet from Salt Lake City, Utah. He was a member of the 2013 Salt City Slam team and representative for Riverton, UT at the 2013 Individual World Poetry Slam. His spoken word career began in stand-up comedy, but transitioned into performance poetry as his work took on a more narrative style beyond the realm of comedy. He currently works as an EMT and hosts SLC\'s most successful and supportive open mic at The Greenhouse Effect.
