Roxane is a Vancouver based multi medium artist specializing in charcoal and oil paints. Self taught, Her inspiration comes from the world around her. She feels most comfortable submursed in a forest high atop the mountains or by the ocean, Which she portrays in her art work. Roxane loves to paint on canvas and also on timber, which she may have cut and sanded herself.
Roxane also finds contentment in the sometimes messy, charcoal art. She loves drawing portrait and loves all the different characteristics and challenges that drawing a human face brings.
