"Kelsey is here to make you smile! Her art is influenced by the use of bright colors, storytelling, and an unlimited imagination. She attended St. Mary’s College of Maryland, the National Public Honors College, where she received her BA in Fine Art and studied painting, printmaking, sculpture, and book arts. When she is not absorbed by making her wildest imaginations come to life, Kelsey can be found volunteering at local art nonprofits and teaching after school and youth programs. She enjoys being an active participant in her community and evens looks for ways to recycle materials that would otherwise end up in the trash. Her newest art endeavor involves transforming stacks of old newspapers into fantastical colorful dragons, in order to reuse everyday objects and add more whimsy to the world. Kelsey believes that anyone can be an artist as long as you put your heart into it!”
