Born and raised in Montreal, Canada form an Armenian decent, Sarine started experimenting with making jewelry in 2018. Needing an outlet for creative expression, she started experimenting with different tools and material for jewelry making, starting with pliers, beads, and copper wires. The results were varying, going from classy, simple earrings to funkier, more eclectic styles. Her need to expand led her to making necklaces, and her surroundings amplified her desire to make them with different crystals and stones, each with unique qualities and properties. This led her to experiment and learn more widely about the qualities and histories of gemstones. She still continues to experiment with different styles and methods of making jewelry.
