Spark Movement Collective

Spark Movement Collective (Spark) was founded in December 2009 by Chelsea Koenig with the mission to create a constant flow of energy that generates an honest experience through contemporary modern dance. Choreographers and dancers alike strive to connect to the essence of human life by exploring universal issues, ideas, and emotions with a focus on collaboration with other art forms. Spark has performed as part of DUMBO DANCE FESTIVAL, Movement Research's Open Performance, WAXworks, Sunday Brunch, Depot Dances, and more. Spark specializes in site-specific work and multi-disciplinary collaborations.
