Visual Art – Honolulu
I am a local artist residing in Honolulu, Hawaii. I studied Art with an emphasis on Painting at the Brigham Young University in Laie and it was there in that small town where my love for the islands and for painting grew. Drawing inspiration from the immense beauty and nature that surrounds me, I enjoy capturing the energy of Aloha to share with others through my paintings. I see life in a variety of vivid colors, which my brightly stylized paintings always reflect. Using acrylic paints, I work on canvas as well as surfboards. I enjoy featuring popular island destinations in my art, as well as smaller moments in time that represent Hawaii and its treasures.
