My name is Shannon Scates and I was born and raised in the DMV area (PG County, MD specifically). I have been creating for as long as I can remember, but began painting in 2007. I’ve loved it ever since!! I am self-taught and have a passion to use my creative abilities to inspire myself...my community...the world...to vibrate higher through vibrant color and sharing our stories!
