G.M.Karas

Denver based artist, G.M. Karas, has been refining his techniques and style in the visual arts over the course of the last decade. Originating in photography, his passion evolved while living in Chicago to include acrylic painting, mixed media and sculptural work. Rooted in expressionism, contemporary and traditional ideals continually inspire him. Karas engulfs surfaces with poetic declarations and anatomical representations; effortlessly entangling fragmented memories and dreams.
