With a love for visual artistry, this quote deeply resonates with me. I’m Sade, a Brooklyn- based freelance photographer who also loves to roam pockets of the earth.
Photography wasn’t an art that I grew up chasing after, but rather an art that I developed a particular appreciation for while going through a healing process. For that reason, photography has become a form of meditation for me, a way that I connect with people. While I love to shoot landscape and architectural images, I have a passion for street photography alongside portrait photography. I love capturing images that highlights community and culture.
As a photographer I don’t look to create perfect images. I look to create images that tell a story, images that stirs something in the viewer, images that allows my muse to see the beauty in the curve of their nose that they never paid attention to.
