Visual Art – Newcastle
I grew up in Port Augusta S. A. I am from the Adyamathanya people of the Flinders Rangers. I moved to Sydney established a career in social work and a young family. My Art was recognized in Sydney and I was invited to be the Artist in residence for the Australian Museum in 2013, this is where I launched my wearable art label, Wakarla. We now call Newcastle home and I am enjoying the natural beauty here. I plan to expand my Art into many our fashion and homeware products.
