We are all here for a purpose, I have found mine in the ecstasy of movement and the process of guiding others to their more fit and healthy selves. I am a channel for creative light. About my work: Bringing bold femininity and cutting edge choreography to the stage, I aim to evoke passion and ethereal grace through movement. I am trained in modern dance styles of Graham and Dunham techniques, along with diverse training in both Vaganova and Cecchetti styles of classical ballet. I am experienced in the club styles of Dancehall, Salsa, Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Swing, Lindy Hop, and ballroom styles of Waltz, Tango, and Foxtrot. I create choreography for commission as well as for my own artistic expression. Dance and Yoga have been my primary movement mediums for over 15 years and I am honored to carry on their power through teaching. I currently hold teaching certifications in Ballet, Yoga, Ballroom Dance, and Zumba. Teaching experience includes but is not limited to positions at Myriad Dance and Music Academy, San Francisco Youth Ballet Academy, Arthur Murray International, Yoga to the People, Dance Garden, Peacebank Yoga, Melodic Remedy Dance Studio, Rama’s Academy of Dance, Our Rainbow Kids, and workshops at Dance Mission Theatre for kids and adults.
