My favorite materials are things that have been discarded and left to disappear. If it\'s not scraps of 100 year old barn wood it\'s roadkill that is just too cute to pass up. My soldering iron is my weapon of choice, but flesh eating beetles are not far from my heart. I was fortunate enough as a child and young adult to be exposed to a variety of mediums, so while i enjoy creating with left-overs i am also skilled with acrylic, oil, and water color paints, ink, screen printing, wood working, sculpting and sewing.
