REFUND: Canceled or Rescheduled Events

In either case, we'll alert you ASAP via the email address you provided during the ticket purchase.


Canceled Events

If your event was canceled, in most cases you won't need to do a thing: we'll inform you of the cancellation and refund the amount you paid for your tickets, including all fees on the same payment method used for purchase.

General Refund

Tickets are non-refundable unless a showcase has been canceled. Tickets are, however, transferable. If you'd like to transfer your ticket to another guest or show, you can do so in your account.


Remember, as a Community Arts Supporter you are directly contributing to the arts and supporting local charities, like 501c3 Book Angel. Your participation helps keep the creative spirit alive in our community and helps to get resources to those who need it most in our communities.

Late Arrivals

Refunds are not provided for late arrival to an event.

Rescheduled Events

If your event was rescheduled, we'll contact you with the new date and time as soon as it's available via the email address you provided at purchase. If you can't make a rescheduled event, we have options for future credits or requesting a refund.
