Canceled Events

If your event was canceled, in most cases you won't need to do a thing: we'll inform you of the cancellation and refund the amount you paid for your tickets, including all fees on the same payment method used for purchase.

General Refund

Tickets are non-refundable, unless a showcase has been cancelled, postponed, and/or relocated.

REFUND: Canceled or Rescheduled Events

In either case, we'll alert you ASAP via the email address you provided during the ticket purchase.


Late Arrivals

Refunds are not provided for late arrival to an event.

Performer Drop Out/Cancellation

If have to drop out/cancel, artists will be required to pay a $100 drop out/cancel fee.

Rescheduled Events

If your event was rescheduled, we'll contact you with the new date and time as soon as it's available via the email address you provided at purchase. If you can't make a rescheduled event, we have options for future credits or requesting a refund.
